Project Coordinator / Project Manager (Tampa, FL Office)

TheIncLab is looking for resourceful, creative problem solver whose production expertise allows them to guide development efforts for interactive prototypes, exhibits and designs. He/she will have strong leadership skills to help the project team’s activities and projects delivered on time and on budget. We would like a great communicator, motivator who can juggle multiple project priorities with ease and discipline. The role requires briefing and content production skills, ability to turn customer documents and feedback into design guidelines and documents for the production team.

At TheIncLab, producers manage all aspects of the project life cycle from concept to delivery and must be intrinsically familiar with the roles of Account Management, Design, Copywriting, Studio, 3D Production, Editorial, User Experience, Technology, and Quality Assurance.

Experience in event planning, live event production and vendor management is a huge asset for this role!

Job responsibilities:

  • Managing both small- and large-scale projects, including SoW, deliverables timelines and budgeting.
  • Manage vendor, including SoW contracting and performance management
  • Creates superb presentations, status reports and client content for development teams
  • Supporting and encouraging team members to maximize productivity and the development of skills
  • Ensuring projects stay within timescales and budget
  • Structuring projects and devising processes that ensure efficiency
  • Generating clear and project reports
  • Engaging with creative teams to understand their progress with tasks
  • Liaising with clients and members of the creative team, to keep projects running smoothly
  • Presenting work to stakeholders for sign-off

Job requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree is required
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • A positive, enthusiastic attitude towards work
  • An understanding of both technical and creative processes
  • Superb organizational skills
  • Agency experience a plus
  • Confidence to drive a team to get the best results for a project
  • Ability to travel 25% of the time
  • Must be able to obtain a Government Security clearance.
